Hubbard Elementary parents,
Do not miss your opportunity to beat the Open House rush! You can complete your paperwork before you arrive this year!

You can come up to the school and pick up a paper copy on the following dates:
- Wednesday, July 22 from 2:45 - 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, July 23 from 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The pick-up option will not be available on Monday, July 27, nor Tuesday, July 28. You can also download and print the attached paperwork from home: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y7K-r7ywlxNrRQam94hPOIPu3pW_eWOS/view

Our 'Skip the Line' lunch application is also available in the packet. If you received a letter this summer via email stating that your child will receive free/reduced lunch for the 2026-2027 school year, you do not need to fill out the application. Be sure to show an HES employee your letter upon arrival to Open House. If you would like to opt out of the free/reduced lunch application, you can come to the school and add your name to the list when you retrieve your paperwork today or tomorrow during business hours. You can also inform an HES employee upon arrival at Open House.

Having your forms completed ahead of time will help make your experience at Open House both quicker and easier. We can't wait to welcome our Hubbard Tigers back for another successful school year!

Last week, we celebrated an amazing year of reading with one of our favorite traditions! 📚☀️

All students who met their AR goal for all 3 marking periods earned a field trip to Camp Kaleo — and what a day it was! We took 420 students for some fun, play, relaxation, and memories with friends. From outdoor adventures to simply enjoying time together, it was the perfect way to wrap up another awesome year of AR success.

A huge thank you to Camp Kaleo for hosting us each year and providing such a wonderful place for our students to celebrate their hard work and accomplishments. We truly appreciate their hospitality and partnership!

We are so proud of our students for their dedication to reading all year long! 💙📖
