This event will take place Friday night, December 12th, from 5:00–9:00 PM. During the evening, students will enjoy game time, a Christmas-themed silent disco, STEM activities, a scavenger hunt, and a meal. Monroe County staff members, along with high school student counselors, will be hosting and supervising all activities.
This event is a fundraiser for Hubbard’s Club Tome Reading Bowl Team: Paws & Pages. Funds raised will help cover the cost of school and community service projects, as well as conference fees for the team.

$70 for two children (same household)
$90 for three children (same household)
This includes the meal, crafts, and the peace of mind knowing your child is having a great time at Hubbard!
Note: This event lasts until 9 PM. There is no discount or refund for children who do not stay the full time.
Early Drop-Off Option:
A limited number of spots will be available for students who need to stay after school until the event begins. This includes a snack and a holiday movie for $25 per student (Hubbard students only).
Parents’ Night Out is open to ALL Monroe County elementary school students (must be potty trained and not require special services, as appropriate personnel may not be available). Space is limited, so don’t hesitate—payment is required to secure your child’s spot!

A special shout-out to our school winner, Rayleigh Middleton! 💛📚

We are so proud of our Hubbard family!
At Tuesday night’s Board of Education meeting, the Monroe County School Board recognized our Samuel E. Hubbard Elementary TOME Reading Bowl Team and their dedicated advisor for their outstanding commitment to reading, leadership, and service.
The Board also honored Hubbard student Kingston Harris, selected as Artsonia Artist of the Week, and celebrated Mrs. Kera Davis, our school’s very first elementary agriculture teacher.
Congratulations to all! Your hard work and passion continue to make a meaningful impact on our school and community.
