The Monroe County GA Organics grant is underway!
Students in Mr. Hurm ‘s construction class at Mary Persons High School assembled PVC greenhouse cover frames for the garden beds.
T.G. Scott Principal Chad Sanders, along with Ms. Ashton Watts worked with students in the Outdoor Club to put the plastic covering on the greenhouse cover frames.
Ms. Nell Onstott and students in the Garden Club worked to plant and water the garden.
TG Scott Elementary students are excited to watch their garden grow and participate in this outdoor learning classroom!
