Monroe County Schools attended a briefing with the National Weather Service today in reference to the forecast for Tuesday, January 9. The weather service says our biggest threat is the potential for heavy rain and strong winds. Based on the current forecast, we plan to hold school tomorrow. We will continue to monitor the storm and notify you of any changes.

We will use this information to call or text you if we make any adjustments to the school schedule.
