Patricia A. Napier is the Director of Student Services. She is in her 14th year as an educator with Monroe County Schools.  Previous years of experience includes employment in Upson County and Butts County Schools in Georgia.  Ms. Napier also served as an educator in Charleston County and Dorchester District II School System in South Carolina.  She has previously held the positions of classroom teacher, school counselor and Assistant Principal at the elementary and middle school levels.  

In her current role, Ms. Napier works closely with school counselors, school nurses, administrators, the district social worker and many supportive community stakeholders and agencies. Student, employee and  facility safety initiatives and protocols are also  part of her job description.  She visits the schools frequently and enjoys every opportunity to keep in contact with former colleagues and students.

Ms. Napier is from Upson County and was raised in Yatesville, Georgia. She is a 1983 graduate of Upson High School. In her spare time she enjoys home improvement projects, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
