With these pumpkin heroes, there is nothing left to fear
Their bravery and cunning will keep us safe
As we go throughout the year!

Each pumpkin is unique and colorful,
Yes, that much is true!
There's Barbie, Clifford, Holly Leaf Sunrise, and Sleepy Sheepy, too!

Take a peek at our Sleeping Beauty queen,
Little Pumpkin, Smart Cookie,
Sour grape, and an Old Martian that is green.

When you look at these pumpkins, observer beware,
Maybe frightening or spooky,
These characters give a fun scare!

Some of our pumpkins exude beauty, loveliness, and grace
They are bedecked in jewels, with sparkling wands, so magical
To make a smile appear on your face.

Big pumpkins, little pumpkins all look so fine
With hard work and decorations,
Each character does shine!

Some simply designed, others with embellishments galore,
Amazed by the imagination used in each character pumpkin,
We have to pick our jaws up off the floor!

The joy of mythical creatures to wizards with details
You'll find turtles with ninja powers,
As you walk through our pumpkin patch trail.

Creepy, crawly spiders and some animals with fur
Make us think of books we love
Of that we can be sure!

Each pumpkin is very special; they all turned out great!
Thanks for visiting our pumpkin patch this year,
It is an event we all anticipate!

Mrs. Wakefield's students have been learning and exploring about all of the ways to use pumpkins. The students worked together to follow a recipe to bake delicious pumpkin muffins! It was a sweet success!

There is a cool in the air,
which means that in our media center,
pumpkins are everywhere!

The creativity of these pumpkins puts a smile on each face,
Artistry, joy, and togetherness
Just can't be erased.
