Today, Central Georgia EMC, Southern Rivers Energy, and 28 participating Georgia electric membership cooperatives joined together to congratulate Mary Persons High School on winning the Georgia High School Association Cooperative Spirit Sportmanship Award for the 2025-2026 school year. This awards program honors schools that exhibit exemplary sportmanship during competitive events and is sponsored by Georgia's Electric Membership Cooperatives.
GHSA considers all aspects of sportsmanship during events including student-athletes on the field, fellow students, school staff, parents, and game spectators, making the award a tribute to the entire community.

You asked, we listened! Mary Persons High School will offer All-Sports Passes for the 2026-2027 school year. There are two different levels for these passes: The Black and Gold Elite Pass and The Gold Standard Pass. Both passes are 1 person per pass. The Black and Gold Elite Pass offers entry to all regular season Mary Persons High School home games for the 9th grade, JV, and Varsity teams, while The Gold Standard Pass offers entry to regular season Mary Persons High School home Varsity level games.
